25’ Year End Project

Each December, we look back on the year, and 2025 has truly been a special one. Because of your generosity, 80,061 people received a Thanksgiving meal, children in Uganda going through their education program had nourishing meals all summer, we helped a faith partner build software to help them more efficiently feed 2,000 families, replaced a dish sanitizing system at a soup kitchen, and new generosity campaigns were launched with businesses making a real impact in their communities.

We remain committed to our 100% model. Meaning every dime that is given to our projects goes directly to meals. This means our operational expenses have to come from somewhere else…

Operating expenses at Hungry for a Day include:

travel, accounting, postage, processing fees, investing in building existing projects and starting new projects

This year, our budget is $35,000.
